Toronto General Hospital adopts Stimpod 450 Peripheral Nerve Stimulator

The Toronto General Hospital, and the department of anesthesia are implementing the Stimpod 450 Peripheral Nerve Stimulator. The Stimpod 450 Peripheral Nerve Stimulator is designed to provide dual functionality in nerve location and Neuromuscular Blocking Agent monitoring. The Stimpod 450 has a unique three-dimensional accelerometer to accurately and continuously provide Train of Four (TOF), Double Burst (DB) and Post Tetanic Count (PTC) ratio’s during the entire procedure.
