The Stimpod NMS450X+ is an improved version of its predecessor, the NMS450X. Now equipped with a touchscreen, rechargeable battery as well as new features such as case recordings and in-depth analysis, the Stimpod NMS450X+ really does it all.
In addition to objectively monitoring your NMBA’s, the Stimpod also offers standard PNS with the addition of performing local blocks.
The Stimpod allows the user to monitor their case automatically with the One Touch NMT mode (Auto Mode). The Stimpod starts off by establishing the Supra Maximal Current (SMC) for the patient pre-paralytics, followed by cycles of TOF, PTC and back to TOF when ready to extubate the patient.
Now equipped with in-depth analysis, the user can view detailed data of the TOF trend graph for a better assessment of a patient’s pharmacokinetics responses to drugs, and the EMG waveforms for detailed information on the muscle response to drugs, allowing for an all-round strategic advantage in reversal administration.
